(1) In section 212 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (alcohol treatment requirement) omit subsection (4) (requirement for alcohol treatment requirement to have effect for at least six months). (2) In section 223(3) of that Act (power to amend specified periods of time), omit paragraph (d).
