s 89 Custody plus orders and intermittent custody orders
(1) In the Criminal Justice Act 2003, omit the following provisions (custody plus and intermittent custody)— (a) sections 181 to 188; (b) Schedules 10 and 11. (2) Schedule 10 (amendments consequential on subsection (1)) has effect.
