s 73 Regulations

(1) Regulations under this Part— (a) may make different provision for different cases, (b) may make provision generally or only for particular cases, and (c) may make consequential, incidental, supplementary, transitional, transitory or saving provision. (2) Regulations under this Part are to be made by statutory instrument. (3) A statutory instrument containing regulations under the following provisions is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament— (a) section 28(9); (b) section 77; (c) paragraph 33 of Schedule 2; (d) paragraph 6 of Schedule 6. (4) A statutory instrument containing other regulations under this Part may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
