Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 s 4

s 4 Short title, commencement and extent

(1) This Act may be cited as the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012. (2) Section 3 and this section come into force on the day on which this Act is passed. (3) Sections 1 and 2 come into force on such day as a Minister of the Crown may by order made by statutory instrument appoint. (4) This Act extends to England and Wales.
