In the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, in section 115 (exclusion from benefits of persons subject to immigration control)— (a) in subsection (1), after paragraph (ha) there is inserted “or”; (b) in subsection (2)(b) for “(a) to (j)“ substitute “ (a) to (i) ” .
