s 140 Fees

In section 6 of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (fees), in subsection (2)— (a) in paragraph (d), at the end there is inserted “”; “(including provision for the apportionment of fees and the matters to be taken into account in determining an apportionment)” (b) in paragraph (g), “waiver” is repealed; (c) after paragraph (g) there is inserted— (h) about waiver of fees (including the matters to be taken into account in determining a waiver).
