Sch 3 para 4

(1) The Welsh Ministers must publish any code issued under paragraph 2(2). (2) The Welsh Ministers must publish any replacement code issued under paragraph 3(5). (3) The Welsh Ministers must publish— (a) any alteration issued under paragraph 3(5), or (b) the code or replacement code as altered by it.
