Sch 4 para 17

(1) A statutory instrument containing regulations under any provision of this Schedule is subject to annulment by— (a) a resolution of either House of Parliament (in the case of regulations made by the Secretary of State); or (b) a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales (in the case of regulations made by the Welsh Ministers). (2) A statutory instrument containing an order made under paragraph 16— (a) in the case of an order of the Secretary of State, is not to be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament; (b) in the case of an order of the Welsh Ministers, is not to be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
