Sch 8 para 14

(1) The Secretary of State may give directions in writing to DBS in relation to the exercise of any of its functions other than a core function mentioned in paragraph 8(1)(a), (b) or (c). (2) The Secretary of State may vary or revoke any such directions. (3) DBS must comply with any directions given under this paragraph.
