(1) Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices) is amended as follows. (2) In Part 2 (bodies of which all members are disqualified) insert at the appropriate place— “ The Disclosure and Barring Service. ” (3) In Part 3 (other disqualifying offices) insert at the appropriate place— “ Member of the staff of the Disclosure and Barring Service. ”
