(1) Section 66 of the Airports Act 1986 (functions of operators of designated airports as respects abandoned vehicles) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2)(a) for the words from “from roads if” to “abandoned” substitute “ illegally, obstructively or dangerously parked, or abandoned or broken down ” . (3) In subsection (3)— (a) omit paragraph (b) (but not the word “or” at the end of the paragraph), and (b) in paragraph (c), for “any of those sections” substitute “ that section ” . (4) In the heading, after “abandoned vehicles” insert “ etc. ” .
