Sch 9 para 40

(1) Section 119 (sources of information) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2) omit “or for the purposes of section 24 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006”. (3) In subsection (8)— (a) omit paragraph (c), and (b) in paragraph (d) for “that Act” substitute “ the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 ” .
