Sch 9 para 59

(1) Section 19 (offences: other persons) is amended as follows. (2) Omit subsection (1). (3) Omit subsections (3) and (4). (4) Omit subsections (6) and (7). (5) In subsection (8)— (a) for “subsections (2)(b) and (3)(b)” substitute “ subsection (2)(b) ” , and (b) omit paragraphs (b) and (c). (6) Omit subsection (9).
