(1) Section 37 (regulated activity providers: duty to provide information on request etc.) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2)— (a) omit paragraph (b), and (b) in paragraph (d), omit “or controlled”. (3) In subsection (4) omit “or controlled”. (4) In subsection (5) omit “or controlled”.
