Sch 9 para 76

(1) Article 2 (interpretation) is amended as follows. (2) In the first paragraph (2)— (a) omit the definition of “institution of further education”, and (b) in the definition of “personnel supplier”, in sub-paragraph (b), omit “or controlled”. (3) Renumber the second paragraph (2) as paragraph (2A). (4) Omit paragraph (3).
