s 85 Inclusion of cautions etc. in national police records

After subsection (4) of section 27 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (recordable offences) insert— (4A) In subsection (4) “ conviction ” includes— (a) a caution within the meaning of Part 5 of the Police Act 1997; and (b) a reprimand or warning given under section 65 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
