s 26 Extension of time limit for imposing financial penalties
(1) In section 22C of the Water Industry Act 1991 (time limits on the imposition of financial penalties), in subsection (1), for “twelve months” there is substituted “ five years ” . (2) But subsection (1) does not apply in relation to a contravention or failure which— (a) occurred before the date on which this section comes into force, and (b) is not continuing on that date.
