s 80 Reports by the FCA
(1) The Treasury may by regulations provide for the FCA to prepare reports on its discharge of the functions conferred on it under section 79. (2) The regulations may— (a) make provision about the contents of the reports; (b) make provision about the timing of the reports; (c) provide for copies of the report to be given to the Secretary of State and such other persons as the regulations may specify; (d) provide for publication of the reports.
