s 21 Calculating the top-up element of payments etc

(1) For the purposes of this Act the “top-up element” of any amount is an amount equal to the relevant percentage of that amount. (2) The “relevant percentage” is the percentage given by— where R is the percentage for the time being specified in section 1(4).
