s 99 Extent
(1) The amendment, repeal or revocation of any provision by this Act has the same extent as the provision concerned. (2) Section 27 extends only to Scotland. (3) Chapter 3 of this Part extends only to England and Wales. (4) Subject to that, this Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
