(1) Section 51 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (intimidation etc of witnesses, jurors and others) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (9)— (a) for “ “public prosecutor”” substitute “ “relevant prosecutor” ” , and (b) after “ “requisition”” insert “ , “single justice procedure notice” ” . (3) In subsection (10)(a)(ia)— (a) for “public prosecutor” substitute “ relevant prosecutor ” , and (b) after “and requisition” insert “ or single justice procedure notice ” .
