(1) Section 253 (curfew condition for licence under section 246, 255B or 255C) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1), for “requirements for securing the” substitute “ a requirement, imposed under section 62 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000, to submit to ” . (3) Omit subsection (5).
