Sch 7 para 9

(1) Section 64 (production of licence: Northern Ireland) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (4), for “the competent authority of the relevant State” substitute “ the competent authority of the Republic of Ireland or the Secretary of State ” . (3) Omit subsection (5).
