(1) Section 146 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (inspection of secure training centres) is amended as follows. (2) In the heading, after “secure training centres” insert “ and secure colleges ” . (3) In subsection (1), after “secure training centres” insert “ and secure colleges ” . (4) Omit subsection (3).
