s 83 Interpretation of Part
In this Part— “ contract ” means a contract whether express or implied and, if express, whether oral or in writing; “ public authority ” has the meaning given by section 78; “ relevant Minister ” means the Secretary of State or the Minister for the Cabinet Office ; “ Wales ” has the same meaning as in the Government of Wales Act 2006.
