s 9 Restriction on exercising functions in relation to individual cases
(1) The Director must not in exercising any function make any recommendation in relation to an individual case. (2) Subsection (1) does not prevent the Director considering individual cases and drawing conclusions about them for the purpose of, or in the context of, considering a general issue.
