Sch 2 para 1

Any activity carried on by a person who is a health care professional and is acting in the course of his or her profession. In this paragraph “ health care professional ” has the same meaning as in the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/1916) (see regulation 8 of those Regulations).
