Energy Act 2016 s 85

s 85 Short title and extent

(1) This Act may be cited as the Energy Act 2016. (2) An amendment (other than an amendment of Part 1A of the Petroleum Act 1998) or repeal made by this Act has the same extent as the provision to which it relates. (3) Subject to subsection (2), this Act extends to the whole of the United Kingdom.
