Sch 3 para 10

(1) Section 56(1) does not apply in relation to— (a) any financial restrictions proceedings, or (b) any proceedings arising out of such proceedings. (2) In this paragraph “ financial restrictions proceedings ” has the meaning given by section 65 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008.
