s 226 Part 7: interpretation
(1) In this Part— “ class BPD warrant ” has the meaning given by section 200(3)(a); “ personal data ” has the meaning given by section 199(2); “ senior official ” means a member of the Senior Civil Service or a member of the Senior Management Structure of Her Majesty's Diplomatic Service; “ specific BPD warrant ” has the meaning given by section 200(3)(b); “ the specified operational purposes ” has the meaning given by section 212(12).
