Bus Services Act 2017 s 25

s 25 Extent

(1) This Act extends to England and Wales only, subject to the following subsections. (2) Section 17(1) to (4) extend to England and Wales and Scotland. (3) Section 17(6) extends to Scotland only. (4) Sections 23 to 27 extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
