Sch 5 para 18

(1) Section 2A (contribution to the reduction of crime) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2)— (a) omit “or” before paragraph (e); (b) after paragraph (e) insert— (f) Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, or (g) the Financial Conduct Authority. (3) In subsection (3)— (a) omit “and” at the end of paragraph (b); (b) after paragraph (c) insert , and (d) in the case of Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs or the Financial Conduct Authority, the Treasury.
