s 40 Forfeiture of money held in bank and building society accounts

Schedule 4 contains amendments to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 which enable the forfeiture of money held in a bank or building society account which— (a) is intended to be used for the purposes of terrorism, (b) consists of resources of a proscribed organisation, or (c) is, or represents, property obtained through terrorism.
