An offence under any of the following provisions of the Firearms Act 1968— (a) section 1(1) (possession etc of firearms or ammunition without certificate); (b) section 2(1) (possession etc of shot gun without certificate); (c) section 3(1) (manufacturing, selling etc firearms or ammunition by way of trade or business without being registered as a firearms dealer).
