Sch 1 para 24

In section 120 (acquisition of land by agreement) after subsection (3A) insert— (3B) A fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 is to be treated as a principal council for the purposes of this section (apart from subsection (1)(b)).
