In Part 1 of Schedule 1 (tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies) in paragraph 12(2) (local authority tenancies: meaning of “local authority”) after paragraph (e) insert— (ea) a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;
