(1) The Local Government Finance Act 1992 is amended as follows. (2) In section 39(1) (major precepting authorities) after paragraph (da) insert— (db) a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of that Act; (3) In section 65(3) (duty of relevant authority to consult ratepayers: meaning of “relevant authority”) after “apart from a police and crime commissioner” insert “ or a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004. ” .
