In Part 3 of Schedule 9 to the Energy Act 2013 (protected information: permitted disclosures and restrictions on use) in paragraph 14(3) (local authorities and water authorities: interpretation) in the definition of “local authority” after paragraph (d) insert— (da) a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;
