Sch 2 para 11

(1) Omit Part 7 (the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority). (2) The repeal of section 328 in that Part by sub-paragraph (1) does not affect the continued operation of subsections (5) to (7) of that section, and subsection (9) of that section so far as applying to those subsections. (3) In the application of those subsections by virtue of sub-paragraph (2), references in those subsections to the Fire etc Authority are to be read as references to the London Fire Commissioner.
