In section 106(1) of the Housing Associations Act 1985 (minor definitions - general) in the definition of “local authority”— (a) for “, a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act” substitute “ and a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act ” , (b) omit “and the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority”, and (c) omit “the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority,” (in the second place).
