(1) Section 23 (regulations) is amended as follows. (2) For “Commission”, in each place, substitute “ Director General ” . (3) In subsection (2)(i) for “its” substitute “ the Director General ” . (4) In subsection (2)(o) for “it” substitute “ the Director General or the Office ” .
