Sch 9 para 36

(1) Section 26D (labour abuse prevention officers) is amended as follows. (2) For “Commission”, in each place other than in subsection (2), substitute “ Director General ” . (3) In subsection (2)(b) for “Commission” substitute “ Office or in respect of the Director General ” . (4) In subsection (4), for “Commission's”, in both places, substitute “Director General's”.
