(1) Section 29H (Commission's powers and duties where whistle-blower is deceased) (as inserted by this Act) is amended as follows. (2) For “Commission”, in each place, substitute “ Director General ” . (3) In the heading for “Commission's” substitute “Director General's”. (4) In subsection (1) for “it” substitute “ the Director General ” .
