Policing and Crime Act 2017 s 167

s 167 Sections 164 to 166: supplementary

(1) A pardon under section 164 or 165 ... does not— (a) affect any conviction, caution or sentence, or (b) give rise to any right, entitlement or liability. (2) Nothing in this section or in section 164 or 165 ... affects the prerogative of mercy.
