s 9 The London Fire Commissioner
(1) The London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority is abolished. (2) The functions of the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority are (subject to this Act) transferred to the London Fire Commissioner. (3) Schedule 2— (a) amends the Greater London Authority Act 1999 in consequence of the abolition of the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority, (b) amends that Act so as to make provision about the London Fire Commissioner, and (c) makes consequential amendments to other Acts.
