s Article 43 Entry into force
(1) This Protocol shall enter into force three months after twenty instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession have been deposited. (2) Thereafter, it shall enter into force, for each Party, three months after the deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
