s 7 Consent to prosecutions

Proceedings for an offence under section 3, or an offence ancillary to such an offence, may be brought— (a) in England and Wales, only by or with the consent of the Attorney General; (b) in Northern Ireland, only by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland.
