s 6 Commencement

(1) This section and sections 1 and 7 come into force on the day on which this Act is passed. (2) Sections 2 and 3 and the Schedule come into force on 1 April 2019. (3) Sections 4 and 5 come into force at the end of the period of 2 months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.
