s 6 In the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, after Schedule ZA1 (inserted by Schedule 5 to this Act) insert— SCHEDULE ZA2 Moratorium: contract or other instrument involving financial services
(1) This paragraph applies to an agreement which is, or forms part of, an arrangement involving the issue of a capital market investment. (2) “ Capital market investment ” has the meaning given by paragraph 14 of Schedule ZA1.
