Sch 8 para 43

Where the High Court makes an order by virtue of Article 13FB(4)(c) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 requiring the summoning of a meeting of a company's creditors, the following provisions of the Insolvency Rules apply for the purposes of that meeting to the extent set out in the Court's order and subject to any modifications set out in the Court's order— (a) Rules 4.061 to 4.077 (meetings); (b) Part 8 (proxies); (c) Rule 12.05 (quorum).
